You can request an order cancellation before mass production or prototyping begins. For OEM/ODM custom orders, cancellations are subject to our contract terms depending on the current production stage (e.g., pre-engineering, sample approval, or raw material procurement). Please contact your assigned CALI SPORT project manager immediately via email or WhatsApp to modify or cancel your request.

As a B2B manufacturer, we verify all new distributor, wholesale, and private-label partner applications to ensure competitive pricing structures and market protection for our clients. To place wholesale orders or start an OEM/ODM manufacturing project, simply submit your inquiry with your product requirements, estimated quantities, and target custom specifications (such as logos, dimensions, or materials). Our sales engineering team will evaluate your request and issue a formal factory-direct quotation along with sample options.

Once your production run is complete and passes our Quality Control (QC) inspection, we will provide full shipping documentation, including ocean/air freight tracking numbers, bill of lading (B/L), and container dispatch updates. You will also receive real-time updates directly from your dedicated project manager throughout the 10-step production and shipping process.

Refunds or compensation claims are handled according to our formal B2B supply agreement and warranty policy. If products arrive damaged or fail to meet approved pre-production sample specifications during initial QC inspection, our team will evaluate the documentation to arrange re-production, component replacement, or credit refunds.
