To protect our international business partners, brands, and contractors from defective shipments and brand risk, we enforce a comprehensive multi-stage Quality Control (QC) & Inspection Framework across our production facilities in Vietnam.Our Quality Management System is aligned with international standards (including ISO 9001:2015 principles) to ensure every piece of sports equipment leaving our factory meets exact engineering tolerances, structural strength benchmarks, and aesthetic standards.

- ISO Quality Frameworks: Operating under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental standards within applicable scopes.
- USAPA Performance Alignment: Pickleball paddles and net systems are engineered and tested to satisfy official USAPA specs for length, width, surface grit, deflection, and net height.
- Comprehensive QC Documentation: Complete Quality Inspection Reports (QIR), material certificates, and pre-shipment photo/video inspection logs are available for client sign-off prior to dispatch.
