1. Requirement Reception

During this phase, our team conducts a comprehensive analysis of partner specifications, technical drawings, target performance metrics, and commercial goals. Establishing total alignment at the outset ensures that subsequent engineering stages adhere strictly to client expectations.

2. Engineering Evaluation

Before committing to production, our technical team performs a thorough feasibility analysis. We evaluate design feasibility, select optimal raw materials (such as T700 carbon fiber, structural steel, or custom alloys), and conduct cost optimization assessments. This stage balances structural performance with factory-direct cost efficiency.

3. Formal Quotation

Transparency is key to long-term B2B partnerships. Based on engineering findings and material selections, we issue a clear, itemized formal quotation. 4. Design & CAD Engineering

5. Prototyping
